Employee number 1! He is our assistant brewer, where he methodically helps Daren craft amazing beers. Behind the scenes, he’s basically here to make Daren look good.

Kyle brings to our brewery a large spectrum of brewery knowledge gained from years in the industry. Kyle processes epic and priceless knowledge of tap systems and beer carbonation and flavor, as well as a fond appreciation of rock music. Let him be of service to you.

Essentially poached from the other carbohydrate business, these two ladies were our first taproom bartenders. Ready and willing to serve you some delicious Two Heroe’s suds with a smile.

Chrissy hails from her self-founded Cook Sisters Business. After a nearly 5 year stint rocking “Wally’s By Night” she comes to us excited to run our little kitchen at the brewery. She will craft yummy foods to pair with our beers and keep us intrigued with a rotating menu of tantalizing flavors.

Patti is another amazing addition to our team, and also hails from Cook Sisters. She’s probably the most organized person on our team, and demands that everyone follow suit! She can multi-task anything!

Dan’s older brother, brings with him an incredible height advantage. In addition to being tall, he is a quick learner and can handle any task thrown at him in the kitchen. Rock on John.

John’s younger brother, definitely the youngest one on our crew. Despite being youthful in age, Dan and also rock the kitchen tasks, running circles around other staff and beaming with a smile. Dan is the Man.

Also known for his work in water supply and wastewater for the brewery, Matt has been known to serve a pint or two, schmooze for far to long, or even fix some things. At one time, he even brewed beer.
